After a visit visa, can I apply again for another visit visa?

My children and I, all Filipinos, entered Qatar holding visit visa, which will expire on June 10, 2012. Can we apply again another visit visa, only to have more days to process our visa into family visa? Can we just exit in Bahrain instead of Philippines?

If you already extend the visit visa for 6 months, you may have still a chance to extend it but only for 2 weeks upon the approval of the immigration. in case, they did not approve the 2 weeks extension, then that is the time you have to go back to your home country. your husband can only apply again another visit visa after 3 months of your exit. with regards to your inquiry if you can exit to bahrain then come back again to qatar, you cannot do that because you are under husband family visit visa. you can only do that if you are changing sponsor.

btw, why your husband did not apply your residence visa during your first 3 months of your visit visa? if he do that, he has enough time to process your residence visa....

You need to go back to your home country after consuming the 6-month extension. The immigration will allow a few months before your husband can apply for another family visit visa.

if your husband is already on a family status when you first enter qatar, then after one month stay here you can already apply for a family residency visa. there's so much time for its processing because family visit visa is 6 months valid.
