Air Fare in Lieu of Family Visa Approval

Quick question for QatarLiving. Is it true that family members MUST have a round trip ticket on a family visa? I plan to get them an RP and have already paid for it with the sponsor. Tickets are really expensive and I would like to avoid this if possible.

Okay, thanks for information. I just found my visas are for residency so there is no problem.

For Family Visit Visa - Round the trip ticket needed

.For a Family Residency Visa - One side ticket is enough

Just a suggestion, why not just apply for the RP before your family comes here? Once approved they can just buy a one way ticket without any hassles.

I dont think you need to have a round trip ticket. However they do need to see the return ticket only if you plan to extend the visit visa beyond the 6 months total extension.
