Is there ANY wat to leave the country when your Residence Permit is being processed? I am told it could be 4 weeks and I really want to go visit someone for a week ASAP!!! Thanks for any help.
If your visa is "under process", I assume you have submitted your passport to your liason officer so the visa can be stamped on your passport. If this is the case, then you have to wait for your passport with the stamped visa. You cannot leave without your passport (and exit permit)
