Hello,

I have got an offer from semo-government company in Qatar, i have submitted all my documents along with NOC (working in Qatar for past 2.4 years) to Ministry of Labor, got the reference number but since 5. October 2015. HR informed me Ministry of Labor is not approving any applications.

I would like to know the next steps and if someone can help me in securing the approval.

It means you will not be allowed to transfer unless you have a wasta or you are lucky. In other words better try to stay with your current employer or just go to another country.
