u need to go check the qatar embassy in the country where they r resideing presently.... qatr embassy officials cn tell u if the profession is listed in on-arrival visa requrmnts....if yes, then they cn come straight away...:)

just ask your uncle to go confirm his profession from the qatar embassy in kuwait.....if his profession is there in his list, he could definitly come on arrival visa..

No. India is not on the list of countries where its citizen can get visa upon arrival at Doha Int'l airport.
Depends on the passport ur uncle is holding and the position mentioned on his Iqama. better ask the qatari embassy in Kuwait.
