Hi!

Does anyone know as to where I could apply for an Australian student visa as I am unable to apply online. There isn't any online payment option for Qatar in the payment category. Moreover, I am a returning student and I have no idea as to which travel agent issues visa's here anymore.

I did call them to ask last year and they said that they do not process Australia visa's anymore.
