If they have new requirements na nga about the contract yun lang ang hindi ko na alam.

poea is processing direct hiring. you only need to bring s copy of your contrcat. kasi ganun din ginawa ng stepbrother ko dati at nang isa kong classmate na nirecommend ko sa boss ko. i just sent them the scanned copy of the contract na may stamp ng company. then if merong wala dun sa contract na nirerequire ng POEA, bibigyan ka nilang papel, then you will send it to your employer, ask him to sign and stamp that paper, scan it and send back to you. tapos balik ka ulit POEA then pay ka na ng fees then sila na magschedule ng PDOS mo.

Kabayan you must go to an accredited agency there in the philippines who will process your employment contract specially you are a direct hire they are the one who will process your papers and assist you with all necessary documents specially the OEC. Goodluck

I agree with C4H4 kabayan...kasi direct hire din ako pero may agency na nag process ng papers ko sa Pinas. The agency was the one who gave me the accredited clinic for medical and sila din yung magbibigay sa yo ng location kung san ka magpi PDOS.

Goodluck!

Kabayan, valid employment contract is stamped by POLO (Philippine Overseas Labor Office). It is not a long way process. Your future employer should bring it and pay for a certain amount, but there are certain requirements your employer should do to accomplish during the processing.

Kabayan, kindly check again sa Employer mo. Kasi as we recently talked to our Consul ng Phil Embassy in Qatar - "They are not processing direct hired Filipinos". And It's a must "daw" that you process your papers thru an accredited agency.

Good Luck.
