Hiii all.

I am leaving from Qatar on 14-08-2013 , my company not giving NOC for me..so its still a 2 year ban in qatar .....

Visit / Business visa is ok, not on RP work visa until you finish 2 years. But for same sponsor one can come back at any time. There is speculations that this might get changed soon and the matter is on the anvil.

i think also we can come back by visit visa or business visa.......is it right ? anybody know regards this case?

yes, you can't come qatar before completion of 2 year for work visa but you can come for visiting purpose. i think so.
