Hi,

I am here on a business visa. I have been offered a job by another company and there is a probation period of 3 months. Will this mean that they will transfer the visa first and i will have to work on probation or will i have to work on probation on my existing business visa.

Also, if i accept this offer and agree to work on probation can i quit and join another company in coming days.

as per Qatari law its not allowed to work in business visa.both the parties will have penalty of 10,000 or more.if the said company provides the visa, then its okey. if you start working with them in their visa, its hard to get out from them, unless they allows.
