can anyone that knows the information answer me?

I'm on company sponsorship, but I'm married and have a son (2 years old),my husbant it's a football player,(arabic),my son is under his grandfather (my husbant's father) sponsorship (local) and needs to be transfered and no longer on his grandfather.
my husbant tried to put our son under his sponsorship but people have told him that our son cannot be under his sponsorship unless i'm under his sponsorship too.
but i cannot transfer yet my sponsorship under my husbant...
so...my question is:

does my husbant can take his son under his sponsorship without me to be under his sponsorship????
