still i am not clear...

i mean to say that i married long back but we both of us were under different company sponsorship, now i cancelled from my company sponsorship and went back to my home country and i want to come back on my husbands family visa as soon as possible and work...

1 : yes u should come back on ur husband sponsorship in qatar but u have 2 stiil wait 3 months by the law of qatar gove .and also u have 2 come here on family vist and after 3 months u transfer ur visa on husband sponsor ship .

2 : depend on rezon of cancelation visa , mostlly NOC latter is requried only mens .

3 : yes u have 2 do work in ur husband sponsorship

last year, i resigned from my work. go to my home country and return under my husband's sponsorship after 1 week.

you can work under your husband's sponsorship but it is more advisable if you get labor card for legalities.

you dont need NOC from your previous sponsor to come here as long as your husband can sponsor you. you also dont need NOC from previous employer if you want to work here.

You can def get married and come back on ur husbands Visa.

You will need a to make your Labor card here so that you can work while on a family visa. This is the law here, however i have met several women who work without this labor card.

I also worked in qatar before, resigned, got married and came back within a months time.

As long as you are coming back on a family visa, NO leteer required.
