My visa was being transfer to my employer's sponsorship

Can I still transfer to other employer?bcoz I am not yet done with the Medical,I have not signed Company's contract and not yet done with Residence Permit but the only problem is my visa now was under there sponsorship but as I check I still  have three months to fulfill the things needed for the RP.

Is there any chance I can get out from my employer?

Your comments are greatly appreciated,thanks

It doesn't look ethical. see the company who hired you, has paid for your visa, ticket and some other necessary fees to get you here. Now if even they give u n NOC, I dont think the new employer will ever trust u. or atleast they will be cautious about u...

So as i say I dont think its a good idea, but again u know ur ground realities better than anyone else... So best of luck ahead...

You definitely can, question is if they will let you since you are already under their sponsorship. To transfer to another sponsor would merit a No Objection Certificate from the current sponsor.
