Can my wife get a tourist visa on arrival to Doha Airport?

My wife & me, both of us have UAE Residence Visa. As my project is going on in Qatar, I have come to Doha one and half months before and will stay here for around six months. I do not have Qatar Residence Permit. I want to bring my wife on tourist visa. Will she get a tourist visa on arrival to Doha Airport? Can anybody give confirmed information if a GCC Resident is elligible to get a tourist visa at the airport?

Professional Degree Holders like Engineers, Doctors or having Managerial positions in any company can get entry visa within the GCC alongwith family. She can also get entry visa if she holds a european or american passport.

But it would be better if you talk to some authorized person in the Immigration office at the airport. Its opened round the clock.
