As a wife you don't have an automatic right to sponsor your husband. Permission normally depends on how senior your position is and which company or sheikh is sponsoring you.
I know of several teachers teaching at the ISL who sure earn more then 7,500QAR a month and who were not allowed to sponsor their husbands, so you better check with your Embassy before deciding on the big move.

My salary is 14000 so I hope that will be ok. Also my housing will be provided according to couple status.
The criterias are :
1. Salary should be 7500/- QR
2. 6 months salary certificate from bank
3. Attested Marriage certificate
4. Tenancy contract
5. NOC from the sponsor of Husband and Salary certificate from company in letter head.
ask the immigration people on this matter.... they can give you the most accurate answer for you not to be disappointed.

I think minimum 7500 and the process is not that much difficult....But female could sponcer to her husband and kids...all the best
