canceled visa,when can i work again?

they canceled my working visa last may 2010, and i return to my home country.
is it true that i will have to wait for two years or exactly 2years for they can give me working permit or they to finger print me?

If you can obtain NOC No objection Certificate from previous employer, next day you can comeback. Cant get NOC, by old law two years, but speculation is there is law change recently that says six months. Better ask a lawyer.

hi, can anybody give me some information please?!

just want to know what if a nanny was cancelled becasue the employer will move to another country; the said employer will give an NOC; Question is how long this nanny have to wait to work again here in Qatar?or how long does she have to wait to ocme back here in Qatar?

No objection certificate then you can takeup another work with in 2 years of resignation

check with thr company PRO, some came back after 6 months
