Hello everyone...

I'm Just wondering what are the procedures to bring back the cancelled employees from origin country to Qatar under the same company and sponsor.

Some of the employees in our company has cancelled and go back to Philippines and now they wanted to return back to work in our company and the company is willing to accept them. my question is that Do the company need to apply for new visa for them and have to undergo with all the procedures such as medical and etc ...as if they are fresh employees or they can use the old visa they already have to return here in qatar?

Hoping to hear from anyone who have an idea about this... thank you in advance.

yes the same

they should apply for new visa and they will go under the same steps as if they are new

and also when the company will apply for the visa they should make them NOC of coming back if it is less than 2 years since departuer

First of all make sure that the cancelled RP's original expiry date is still alive? If yes, the procedure is easy. Secondly, how many months finished the cancellation date and date of journey? If both answer are less than 6 months then try to cancel the cancellation by the same sponsor. Ofcourse, final decision from immigration authotiries. If all are more than 6 months, then you have to complete all procedures as a new employee.
