CID CLEARENCE AFTER 6 MONTHS WORKING????

Hi,

Please advise me! i'm was working for government company only 6months then i got terminated because of cutting cost strategy (along with 4 others employees); then i got an offer from another government company, i signed it alredy and got all their approval. FRom previos employer i got NOC, letter for immigration with no objections to transfer or re-enter the country; now i was sent to CID - i am afraid they will reject my application. I heard different opinion coz my prospect company is considered as a strong and influential - so maybe they can push my papers, but law is clear and the tranfer is not allowed before 1 full year with last sponsor. Is it like that the CID clearence guarantees for 90% the successful transfer???
Another important point my previous company is at the edge of turning into bancrupt - half of employees already left and the directors didn't accept the budget, what will happen if they stop their operation? will i be having a chance to stay in qatar and transfer?

i know my case it rather complicated - ur comments & experience will be appreciated - though i'm so scared to miss my chance

Thanks

as per qatar sponsorship law, you must complete two years of employment with your sponsor before requesting change of sponsorship.

while as per another law, you can not return back to Qatar if you resign/quite/fired from one Qatar company; unless issued an NOC from your sponsor.

As trois mentioned, you should cancel your work visa, go back home and then come back on new work visa. Let your new company apply for a new work visa for you.

the NOC will help your new sponsor secure a work visa for you.

my 2 cents
