this is the situation.....my sponor let me find the new company to work.the i founf the new company...they give me a job offer so i sign it but still i did not transfer my sponsorship to the new company after twoo weeks i founf again a new company with better offer so i decided to join the second company with better offer..at that time i report to the second company..before i join the second company i send a resignation thru email stating that i resign to my position on the said date but they want it to be in hard copy so i went to the ist company then they talk to me that i takes 30 days period before i leave the company.

the question is this 1st company can hold me even i did not give them a NOC and and still i have my own viza.

you can just let the 1st company go but they wont pay you but i think it is totally un ethical for you to do so and not serve the notice as they gave you the job and let you work while you acted out of greed to just go to other company only cauz they offered some better money. any way its you life and your decision.

good luck
