Do i need to exit from Doha when I get hired while I have my family visa?

i am on a family visit visa right now and i am applying for a job in some companies. when i get hired by a certain company do i have to exit first to other country like Dubai just to have my working visa process by my employer?

is there any law or provision here in doha that prevents a company from transferring family visit visa to a company's working visa?

any idea will help.
