I joined a company here in Doha last Oct'09 with work visit visa valid for 3 months.Due to unacceptable employment situation I have discovered in my company ( i.e not paying salary on time and not giving employment entitlement such vacation pay, airticket, separation pay,RP pay ) I am planning to leave the company for good.My question is do I need NOC if RP is not stamped on Passport and Finger printing is not done in order to transfer sponsorship ?

For your kind help please.

If the said company is your sponsor of coming to Doha on work visit visa , though finger print is not yet done and permanent work visa is not yet stamp on your passport you will still need NOC from that company. Otherwise, you have to EXIT and return after 3 months on any other visa without NOC from the company.

Was your former employee issued your visit visa? Was there any binding agreement between them? If No, they are not required to issue you NOC. Unless you're include them as part of your resume. You got a month more to have a new employer.
