my husbant have family visa, and me i'm on company sponsorship,and our son is on my father in law sponsorship, does my husbant can take the sponsoship of our son without me to be on his sponsorship?

hello, yes ur husband can sponsor ur son..he just needs 2get NOC frm his sponsor & keep copy of his bank statement with his contract copy. Keep ur son's birth cert, ur marraige cert(attested by embassy). U've 2 submit these at Labour office mumtaza & den dey'll send u 2 immigration thts all. i got my son's visa done d same way...All d best...
