Entering Qatar with Family

Hello Guys,

I just woud like to check if anyone has entered Qatar on Work Visit Visa along with his family who are using Tourist visa as their entry visa.

I need to know as I moving to Qatar from KSA on Nov2011, and I don't want to disrupt the schooling of my son that's why I'm looking for ways on how to bring them along with me. Going back to Manila means a waiting period of atleast 1month for my RP before I could bring them to Qatar under my sponsorship.

Please advice.

Thank you and Best regards,

Hi kabayan,Actually, that was our plan B but if there's a way for us to directly move to Qatar without any disruption on my son's studies then I would go for it.Hotel accomodation is provided by the company for 15days and I'm hoping within that period I would be able to find an apartment for us to stay.By the way, did you already report to POLO office in Qatar as I believe they should be aware of your new jobsite for ease when applying for OEC.Please revert. Thanks,

Kabayan,

I just came here in Qatar from Saudi Arabia directly two months ago, settle yourself first here then bring your family.

But if your company provide all your needs especially housing then its ok.
