I have signed 2 year contract with the company. Now I complted 3 months. But unfortunately i got good job in my home country so i need to go back and join there. But my sponsor not allowing me to go and providing me Exit visa. They telling me to pay the visa cost for giving exit permit. I have any other option to get exit visa without paying Visa cost. What can I do?

If tehy stick to the rule, you have no other option but to leave the mobilisation cost (visa charge+ RP charge and ticket charge) after giving the resignation!
