Exit visa and Job resignation
By naveen_ravindran •
I have been working here last three months.i was sponsored by the company from my home town.
Job is very difficult and am fed with the job. So I cant continue in this company. My probation period is over. I want to return to my country next august. They will not give me Exit visa as my knowledge. so what can i do for leaving from this company and return to my country. I asked this question early. One told me to pay the company expense like RP cost, air ticket etc? I want to know more about this. What will RP expense and what are the other expense i need to pay the company? Please help me.
Surely the probationary period works both ways.
You are on probation with the company and the company are on probation with you.
I would have thought that providing you give the required warning, you can leave stating that you are unhappy with the company as they would no doubt have told you if they were not satisfied with your performance.
Good luck, I hope you obtain your release.
ask your company! how can we know what and IF they will ask you to pay. I said: they MIGHT ask you to pay.. but how much and for what exactly, how one can know?? Someone here in the same situation was crying that the company asked him to pay back 10,000.. But some companies ask nothing, just let you go...it is entirely up to the company... don't forget, it's not only they need to reimburse their expense on your RP, but also they will have to make a new recruitment, to advertize, may be to pay to the Job agency, etc.
