Exit without stamping RP

Same case is here with me but my company has terminated me while I was on vacation. Now I landed here on their Work Visa last month and visa stamping process is not yet started. They asked me to exit the country. Should I required exit permit? And what are the benefits I'll be entitled for? I have worked with this company for 1 year on business visa.

Am ready to buy ticket but if the company don't allow me to go then whats next i have to go

You will get the exit but you need to go through your company. You may resign stating some good reason. If the company allows you to leave and gets you an exit, you will need to buy your own ticket for the return journey.
