FAMILY PERMANENT VISA
By habeeb5000 •
Hi.. I am working in Qatar since Jan 2013. And i am in Project Manager visa. My company is ready to give me a letter for the salary of QR 13,500 per month and also ready to credit this amount for 6 months in my bank account. My family already arrived to Qatar in July 2013 and its almost 2 months completed. The problem is i don't have tenancy contract and still i don't have account in any bank also. Anybody please tell me shall i get family visa if i produce 2 or 3 months statement. Kindly advice in this regards.
Dear All.... I heard that if we have all documents also, they are rejecting family RP for Indians now. Is it true?.
curious to know now upon reading -- is there a possibility to get the permanent Family RP even after 3 months of bank statement???
i have all other docs in place but still 4 months to go for 6 months bank statement!!!
Dear if your professino is same as your work on ID and you have all certificate and three month bank statement take a contract with some broker and try

If all your other documents are clear, the statement for 3 moths may not be a problem. But you should get a baladiya approved tenancy contract and electricity bill..It is must.
In the chapter of tenancy contract consider three parties as stated below.
First Party - Building Owner
Second Party - My Company
Third party - Myself
*Tenancy contract is available between 1st & 2nd party only.
*I need to know whether an authorization letter from 1st party stating that the 2nd party is allowed to sub-lease the property is compulsary or not.
*And also need to know whether these documents needed Municipality (Baladiya) stamping by paying 1% of the annual rent or not.
Kindly clarify.
It depends on the mood of the person in the MOI office. I have had mine done with 3 months bank statement, my friend had to persuade the lady behind the counter to accept the documents for him but he did get this approved as well. Please note we are of western origin and perhaps that matters as well. So in essence there is a chance but worst case scenario you will have to send them home for 2 months.
