and if you dont have embassy here you can do it in your country from external affairs or if you have qtr embassy in your country they can do or you can get marraige certy from sharia courts with the help of witneses.
What if there is no embassy in Qatar??? For instance Australia?? Or many other countries!! What happens then??? Because MOFA will NOT ratify the document unless it is stamped by an embassy in Qatar.

1- Passport copies of (Wife - Kids - and yourself)
2- Marriage Certificate - attested by the embassy
3- Your attested acadimic certificates
4- copy of your ID
