Family visa

I applied for resident visa for my wife, but it has been rejected. Labor dept gave me appointment for meeting next week to discuss. My salary with allowance is 13k.
I dunno what will happen in the meeting, what they will ask ? Do I have to carry any documents for justification ? What are my chances of getting visa now?

If anyone knows, pls let me know.
