Dear All,

Can you please help on my situation?

I applied PR visa for my wife. I have handover the documents to the labour department. After tracking process I found it is mentioned as

الطلب مرفوض

DEMAND UNACCEPTABLE.

What can I do for next?

Contact labour/imgrn office, to get the date for meeting.At the meeting the officer will ask questians like your salary,job, residance etc,try your best to convince them your eligibility for family visa.However it is completly their discretion to approve the application ,which most of the time depends on thier mood at that moment rather than you satisfying all criteria for family sponsorship..Good luck
