Family Visit Visa

Hai frinds, i am indian, working here in Qatar under engineer visa and salary range is 12,000QAR/months and i want to bring my wife on a family visit visa.

Please let me know the procedures and what are the documents required?

Also kindly answer the following questions also.

1) whether she is eligible for a multiple entry visit visa for six months in addition of six months extension.

2) after her arrival is it possible to convert that visa to a resident visa.

But pls i have one more question....For applying Family visit visa also the NOC and Salary Certificate is necessary...

The answer given by nath5181 is correct. The only thing that I would add is that as per the requirements bank statement should be for 6 months and electricity bill copy is also required. However some people have got visa's even without these documents.

Apply for resident visa. They will issue Visit visa for a fees of 200 QAR after your wife arrives here go for medical test and finger printing and after that your wife will get resident visa. She can enter and exit as many times she want if she has resident permit.

Documents required -

NOC letter from your company.

Bank Statement 3 mnths.

Labour contract copy.

Your ID & Passport Copy.

Wife Passport Copy.

Marriage Certificate attested by External affairs from your country.

Application form filled in arabic.

Submit these documents to Labour department after you get approval from labour go to Immigration departmant for VISA.

For visit visa u need the following

1. NOC from Your company

2. Copy of company Contract

3. Salary Certificate

4. Copy of ur ID

5. Marriage Certificate attested by Indian govt. as well as Qatar Embassy

6. Passport copy of your wife

AS far as RP for her is concerned u will not face any problem as u meet the criteria for the minimum salary requirement to sponsor your family.

if you have mandop is better for him to go visit visa can be renew to 6months and also can change to resident visa. about the documents you also need your marriage certificate statements of your account.
