Family Visit Visa convert to Work Visa . Can this happen???

I want to call my brother under my sponsorship for job hunt i,e; on a family visit visa.
Once he gets job offer can this visa be changed to a valid working visa without exiting qatar.?
Genuine answers appreciated.

Definitely its a yes, same with me last year I was under family visit visa, then when I got a job my sister just issued NOC to my company now, then just a few weeks after that i had my working visa :)

Yes you can transfer the said visa to a working visa you just need to create a NOC or the PRO in the said company will create one for you in Arabic and let you sign it. :)

absolutely yes. in fact that's the best way. if your bro got job here, the company will let you sign a waiver, it's like NOC. he doesn't have to exit qatr. that's what happened on my case.
