Family Visit Visa-delay? any idea.....pls advise

I have applied for a visit visa for my mother in law and I got VC-xxxxxxx number and was asked to check at the moi website after 3 working days.It is almost 7days now and still reads as "under process".any advice?is there a change of procedures now,pls help.......

May be some serious error in the documents.

Visit the immigration asap then you can get the accurate answer...

Just go to the Immigration, they will tell you, Usually Family Visit Visa comes out in a day....

Rules are the same as before
