Family Visit Visa - Tenancy Contract
Hi All,
Currently i am staying in company provided accomodation and I am planning to bring my family here by Family Visit Visa.
My Question is:
- Is it compulsary to get attestation from baladiya for Family Visit Visa or Just Contract Transfer is enough?. Because, I need to take house in short-term (2-3 Months) only. if attestation is not required then what are all documents should get it from house owner to apply Family Visit Visa.

I inquired to take shared accommodation, the person who is sharing, he is ready to give the Contract copy. but this agreement between him & landlord.
Will it be fine or agreement should be with my name?
Immigration will accept rental agreement with another person name?

for family visit visa no Baladiya attestation required.
or you can in the NOC letter provided by your employer that you are have company provided family accommodation.
For family visit, you don't need attestation from Baladiya. They just need a signed agreement with your landlord and you.
