Dear Friends,

I am drafting this with atmost pain due to the fact that i have lost my job in qatar.

It is because i was not able to give better finger prints impression even after five times and led to exit the coutry last month. However company has said they will issue a new business visa after my treatment @ home for finger prints.

As agreed they have applied my visa but it was hold by Immigration dept for nothing (as i was instructed from my company.. )

Now some of my collegues says my name might have black listed in qatar and also in GCC.. i did nothing wrong in my life.. can someone help me by providing your thoughts on this . is there any chance to be like that? does the provision allows to do so.. will I be able to come back ? pls help me my dear friends !

I too experienced the same problem, and was rejected four times. Fifth time effort was ok due to God grace.

Try avoid soaps , cleaning detergent . use gloves when u r in touch with any of those . try to oil your hands.

Every thing will be better in your next attempt, rejection is not new in qatar.

good luck next time

I don't get it. "..to give better finger prints impression even after five times..." ?? Why did you have to do it 5 times? Fingerprint is only print of your fingers, it can't be wrong or right, bad or good... I am missing something here..

and what sort of "treatment" are you going to give to your fingerprints back home? I have never heard of such nonsense..

Dear Saif,

try to check with your cmpany's mandoub

ask him to go to where they submit your business visa application (probably airport Immigration) there is a counter for the uncompleted/withhold visas, let him to take copy of your passport and the Business visa track number (which it start with VD2010*****).

in the meanwhile let him to go and check with the fingerprinting department on what is the issues regarding your fingerprinting and why it was not accepted and whether they reported you on the black list or no.

by the way i doubt that you are on the black list of whole GCC because of the fingerprinting.

good luck inshallah

it is painful saif...i understand.my best friend also had the same problem.luckily she was on family visit and had enuf time to apply glycerin and the prints cleared. but you could request enuf time from the department with your companies help rather than leaving the country.but i do not think they'll blacklist you for this reason as they face such issues .try to find out the real reason for holding your visa process through your mandoop or visa service center people.then you can come up with their requirements.all the best buddy!

WHAT??? Why couldn't they get your fingerprint scan? Are they burned off or mutilated? I have never heard of anyone being rejected from a job because they were unable to get a scan of their fingerprints.
