TO HAVE NEW VISA
HI EVERYBODY, CAN YOU HELP ME REGARDING THE CASE OF MY UNCLE. HE WORK IN QATAR AND CANCELLED HIS VISA LAST JUNE AND HE TRANSFERRED TO DUBAI LAST JULY BUT BEFORE THAT THEY OFFER HIM A GOOD OFFER IN QATAR, BUT HE ALREADY RECEIVED THE OFFER IN DUBAI BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE DONT LIKE TO WORK THERE. NOW HE WANT TO WORK AGAIN IN QATAR THE SAME COMPANY. MY QUESTION WHAT WILL BE HIS CASE? IS IT POSSIBLE THAT HE CAN WORK AGAIN? IS THERE ANY BAN FOR HIS CASE? HOPE SOMEBODY CAN ANSWER MY QUERIES. The default ban is for 2 years for everyone, if his previous employer wlling to give NOC he can get the visa from the new employer, other vise he has to approce the Human Rights commission to lift his ban leagally.
He can come back after 2 years from the date of his exit from Qatar or have NOC from his previous employer in Qatar.
Let him be responsible of his decision, and tell him he must wait 2 years, 24 months, 730 days.
Other ways let his Kiss his previous sponsor’s ……..!!!! .. to give him NOC to comeback.
but but but but...so many...m confused...wht all i understood gives a conclusion tht if the previous employers removes the ban from his passport he can com back to qatar at work visa
