Help Help ! Work Visa regulations

Dear Friends.... I need your help in a very important issue...
Please mention that i never entered Qatar lands in my whole life,i live and work in Lebanon
Back in June 2008,i had a job offer from a company in doha, and they got me a work visa (valid for six months, till 15 December 2008),but after few days negotiating,i quit travelling to doha and i stayed in Lebanon, after this,
Early November,i got a new job offer in Doha(new company),the company tried to get me a work visa, but it was rejected several times(because i have a work visa from the old company"offer" valid till 15 Dec 2008),
So,now we are waiting until the 15th of december to apply for the work visa AGAIN,
Will I HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN HAVING THE VISA THIS TIME ?
P.S I never been in Qatar Before..

Thank you for your reply..

You have received so many answers before.

Anyway, here is my answers again.

The company that offered you first a job has the right to be upset as you are not professional enough to fulfill what is your commitment to them earlier. I am sure you accepted their offer that's why they processed your working visa.

The first company did not cancel your visa that is why the second company cannot get you a working visa now.

Anyway, good luck to your working visa processing.
