I would like to know please, what is the minimum time required by the low of Qatar regarding transferring under husband sponsorship? What do I need to proceed the procedure? I mention that I am currently working in a company !
I appreciate and I am thankful for all your support.

Thank you all,

you have 2 options:

Option A

take a release from your current sponsor, wait for 12 months and then transfer ur sponsorship to ur husband in line with what I say above- to the best of my knowledge Immigration Department will not accept a transfer to another sponsor before 12 months.

Option B

take a release from your current sponsor, leave the country, come back on a visit visa and then ur husband may sponsor you - In this case, I think you need to apply for a new RP and go through the entire process again (i.e medical test, fingerprints etc)

Tudo bem Anita...

Are u on a visit visa or you already have your Residence Permit (RP)?

If you are on a visit visa, your husband may sponsor you.

But if already have your RP and you are sponsored by your employer than you need to wait for 12 months (as of the date of your RP) to transfer your sponsorship to your husband's - and you will need the approval of your sponsor.
