How to apply an RP for the baby if there is an unused family visit visa?

Hi Everyone! I need help or guidance to my concern right now on the family visit visa for my baby. My baby is in the Phil. Two weeks ago, I was granted a family visit visa for her.However, few days passed our application to transfer to husband sponsorship was approved by the Labor. Now we’re on the process of applying an RP for our baby. But we worry because there is an existing visit visa which is not yet use. Can we proceed applying for an RP though there is an existing family visit visa? Is the visit visa will not affect the approval for an RP? Is there any way to cancel the unused visit visa? I am traveling back home this April and I wonder if I will use the visit visa or apply for an RP first. Thank you so much for your help

Let the child come here on the visit visa, after arriving, immediately apply for family visa for your child, They won't issue a new visa until the first one expires or been use.
