How can I bring my brother and his wife for a visit to Qatar (procedures)?

I would like to bring my brother and his wife for a short period visit to Qatar. Five to ten days at the max. Can I bring them on some tourist visa? If anyone is familiar with the procedure could you please share it with us. If required you can also PM me. If possible, pls do put in the charges also for the visas.

1. check whether your nationality gets on-arrival visa

2. go to any hotel and ask them to arrange it. they will charge around 600-700 rials per person

3. get required documents and arrange under family visit visa. in this case you need to go to immigration dept or ask your company to do so.
