How can I submite m requested documents

Hi,
QL FRNDS,
I have been attained committee meeting yesterday on 26-DEC-12 .during my interviewing they asked me last months means September-12 and October-12 bank statement where as my application time I have been submitted 6 months bank statement.
But as per committee advise I need to submits those documents but when I reached to get no-3 Al Garafah office they request me to wait few days where as the status of family visa is now under process .so I need to submit that but how I will be do that in web site they will put some notes or how can I achieve that one ,
Pls advise me ,so it will approve or how can I minimize this issues and get my family visa .Looking advise please.
