How do I get a UAE visit visa for Filipino Nanny?

We're planning on going to the UAE by road with my family and want to take our Filipino Nanny. I know through QL the process of how to get a Saudi transit visa, which is straight forward, but how do I get her a Visa from the UAE and how hard is it to get one?

Any help would be most welcome.

Because your nanny is under your sponsorship and traveling with you, she can also get a visa on arrival for the UAE. I am just not sure if she will be allowed to travel with you through Saudi. Just make sure of that.
