As part of the process before applying for a work visa, my prospective employer has asked me to get a medical fitness certificate done from my country from a GCC authorised medical center.

I intend to sponsor my family on visit visa immediately after I get my RP. In this case, can they also get their medical tests done right now along with me even though they would be joining me after 3-4 months?

How recent would the medical certificate have to be?
