How many days/months can I do praperation or trying the company before they do me a RP/Iqama?

Dear all,

I am going to start my new job soon, however I am not too happy about company benefits/offer, but I want to try them. I am worried if they sponsored me straight away then I have no right to change my job after few week may be? so what is the best thing to do- I need to work for them to see I the job is alright or not!

is their any law in Qatar that gives new employer/staff to have a praperation period for 90 days to have the right to try the company or not? please hepl because I can find any answer or advise anywhere on GOOGLE/QATAR

Depends on your contract probabationary periods 3 to 6months..you can avail noc.
