My sister is being sponsored by my husband. She is now here in Qatar. Is her family visit visa extendable until 6 months? Need your help to address this question. Thank you so much.
Have you already tried extending your sister's visa?If so, how many more months? I am also sponsored by my brother-in-law and was able to extend up to 3 months. Will there be a chance to extend it more?
As far as I know, the visa is valid for 3months only..it is the same case of my sister. She is sponsored of my husband. So better think in advance, what is your plan for her. If you are planning her to get a job...before the visa's expiration she should transfer her visa into a working visa.

Yes my sister is under family visit visa. Will try to extend her for 6mos. Thanks for your advice.
If that visa type is family visit then it can be extended to six months . Just extend it at once instead of extending month by month ...........
