my exit permit expiry is on 22/04/12 but my air ticket is on 23/04/12 at 2.00am. can i use the same exit permit if i check in before 12.00am 23/04/12 ?

Technically, if you are cleared by immigration to board the plane before the expiry date then it's ok. So you have to be early to check-in and finish all the formalities before 12 midnight.
you should ask your company to give you another exit permit for you to be able to go outside the country.
An exit permit is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
You dont need to do anything.
