i suggest you check with the department of labor regarding the NOC from her previous employer when you process her visa under your sponsorship if you intend to find her a job when she comes back here in qatar... i have a feeling that since she is now under your sponsorship she will no longer require an NOC from her employer but still you need to check with the department of labor because they know more than anyone of us here in QL.. they can give you the right answer...

that's possible, she can stay here under your sponsorship, but without NOC she cannot go to work for 2years

thank you rati, she have completed 4 years and half here. If that so (her company will no agree). Is it possible for her to resign after the marriage and come back the next week for husband sponsor, is that case will be not needed any NOC from her company?

Everything is depend on her boss, if he said then you can, but another thing how many years she completed she has to complete minimum 1 year then you can transfer her visa work to family visa (after marriage), if her boss dont want then not possible, some people they will not give permission for ladies to transfer visa, all the best, ask your fiancee to request to her boss.
