I came into Qatar with an incomplete resident visa under my dad/his company, I havent done the finger printing

visiter or residents are always free to go their country with proper formality.yes, you can go but you have to pay penalty and cancel your visa, since your stay is more than 1 month and you are still playing kid.

listen if you have come on a company visa and if you havent been through finger printing or medical then you can go back to your home country . apply whereever you want to or if you even want to come back to qatar you can do so. hope this answers your question however if you want to go to any other country other than your home country you cannot do so from qatar as you do not have a permanent resident visa.

Could you elaborate a little more on what is the situation and maybe you'll get proper answers.

wow sorry again I don't have a computer I can use yet so I have to use my itouch. So I havent done finger printing or any medical exams, but can I leave the country with this incomplete resdient visa also could I just cancel it?
