its compulsory to have 6 months bank statement as they r rejecting visas for this reason nowadays check QL.

other than that as i explained get all ure paper ready and go to gharrafa jawazat gate 1 first floor check for captain just anyone there they will show him to u he is sitting in one counter there solving prblms many people consulting him, his timing from 6am to 11 am, the earliest u go to better will b. better take ure wife with u as people here respect women much, explain ure situation n tell him only ure one month bank statement is missing

he will get ure application and sign it by writing receive fromhim then u will go and wait ure number n give the application to any counter they will give u a receipt saying check after 3 days but u wont get the result by then as it takes more than a week, keep cheking until the status change from under processing to ready to print or postpone or rejected. wish u good luck.
