hi!

i would just like to ask for your opinion regarding this matter...

i called the immigration department this morning, because i want to inquire something regarding my visa...

upon answering my call i told them, i would just like to ask something regarding my visa....they told me to hold and they connected me to another line...i waited for 5mins but it just continued to ring...

i called again and the same thing happened, i tried for 3 times, same situation...

why is the people there like that...
did you experience the same thing...

what must i do, i need to clarify my visa situation...

tnx guys!

Do not bother calling them. They will not answer you. Moreover, if they do answer, they will not understand because of "no english".

Another issue is that you do not get one answer. It usually depends on who you ask and the mood he or she are in at that moment!!!!

GodFather.

First time I heard that you can call them! They never answer anything on the phone, especially is you try to ask in English!

I have found that if you want results here, you go in to the place. Makes much more sense really. I know there can be queues but you get it sorted there and then.

Also being from the UK, we love a good queue. Gives us a good chance to moan about the size of the queue. And the old days.
