Is it possible for me to extend here in Doha up to 3 months?

My Personal Visa expired last June 6, 2009 as Private Nurse from a family in taking care of elderly with Alzheimer's Disease. And I'm waiting for my replacement. And also my Certificate of Employment, Annual Leave Pay and End of Service Gratuity, they promised me that I can claim it on July 25, 2009. And told me that they will not pay any penalty from the immigration and I'm the one who will shoulder it. But it's not my fault because they are the one who delayed my benefits that results to make me extend longer time here in Doha. Thank you folks. I hope you can answer my questions as soon as possible.
If you hold RP there will be a grace period of 90 days after expiry of your RP/ID to renew, during this time there will not be any fine. After that there will be a fine of QR. 10/- per day.
You can leave Qatar within this 90 days without any fine, and you cannot return to Qatar for 2 years unless your employer provide u a no objection letter.
Sir, It stated on my ID under P. Type: Work... does it considered Residence Visa? My ID expired after 2 years of working here in Doha as Private Nurse. And I'm not renewing and no plan to go back here in Doha. I will find another opportunity in other country. The secretary told me that they will release my claims on 25 July 2009. And They told me that they are not responsible for the penalty from the immigration because I did not sign the renewal. I don't know what's intheir mind but I think they want to make sure that I will not coming back here again because my employer's policy is that they are not giving release papers to their workers. Thank you very much for your kindness.
First of all what kind of visa you are holding? Is it a residence visa? or Visit visa? or tourist visa? or business visa?
It is depending on kinds of visas.
If you are on visit visa/tourist, the delay penalty is QR. 200/- per day of delay.
If it is a business visa fine will be QR. 500/- per day.
If it is a residence visa QR. 10/- will be the fine after 90 days of its expiry.
BEWARE!! TAKE CARE!!
